Description
Spring Health is hiring an independently licensed mental health professional for its Care Navigation team. The role provides outbound clinical support, psychoeducation, risk assessment, crisis support, safety planning, referrals, care coordination, documentation, and collaboration with care providers and internal teams. It requires an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist, at least two years of direct clinical care experience, crisis assessment and safety planning expertise, and availability for occasional shift adjustments and at least three holidays per year. The required schedule is Saturday through Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time or the equivalent in the candidate’s time zone, with a target base hourly range of $33.85 to $38.93.
