Spring Health is hiring a Care Navigation Specialist to provide after-hours clinical support on a clinical phone queue. The role assesses risks, provides crisis support and safety planning, offers psychoeducation, connects members to therapists, coaches, physicians, and other resources, documents cases, and coordinates with care providers and internal teams. It requires an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist, at least two years of direct clinical care experience, crisis assessment expertise, and availability for the Monday night through Saturday morning shift in the 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Eastern Time window. The target base salary is $33.33 to $38.93, with health, dental, vision, paid time off, parental leave, and other benefits.
