Spring Health is hiring a Care Navigation Specialist to provide after-hours clinical support on a clinical phone queue. The role assesses risks, provides crisis support and safety planning, offers psychoeducation, connects members to therapists, coaches, physicians, and other resources, documents cases, and coordinates with care providers and internal teams. It requires an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist, at least two years of direct clinical care experience, crisis assessment expertise, and availability for the Saturday night through Thursday morning shift. The target base salary is $33.33–$38.93, with health, dental, vision, paid leave, retirement matching, and other benefits.
