Description
CASES is hiring a Clinical Case Coordinator for its Intensive Services Unit to support pretrial participants in supervised release. The role conducts orientation meetings, coordinates supervision appointments and court appearances, assesses psychosocial needs, develops service plans, links participants to community treatment and resources, and collaborates with courts, providers, and other program staff. The position is based at the Bronx office with field work in the larger New York City community as needed and offers a hybrid arrangement of one remote day per week after the first 30 days. It requires a master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, or a comparable professional degree, at least three years of relevant human-services experience, knowledge of the criminal justice system, and Salesforce experience; NYS licensure and bilingual Spanish-English skills are preferred. The salary is $69,010 per year, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, and a 403(b) matching benefit package.
