The Doe Fund is hiring a Clinical Case Manager for its Scatter Site Return Housing Program, which supports chronically homeless individuals transitioning to community living. The role provides supportive case management, relapse prevention, crisis intervention, mental health and psycho-social assessments, support groups, counseling, client documentation, housing orientation, and life-skills training. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, experience with homeless, substance abuse, or mental health populations, knowledge of DSM IV-TR, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
