Memorial Hermann is hiring a hospital coding auditor to ensure the accuracy and completeness of clinical coding, validate coded information, and support appropriate reimbursement and data integrity. The role conducts coding audits, monitors coding accuracy, develops audit tools and educational sessions, analyzes coding trends, and serves as a resource and mentor to coding staff. It requires a high school diploma or GED, inpatient or outpatient coding certification, and four years of relevant hospital coding or auditing experience.
