Lucet is hiring a USPS Clinical Consultant to provide comprehensive employee assistance program services, including individual counseling, crisis and critical-incident response, triage, referrals, behavioral health consultation, training, and program promotion. The role is hybrid, based in Greensboro, North Carolina, with in-office time and local travel, and requires a master’s or doctorate in a clinical mental health field, at least five years of clinical experience after graduation, appropriate licensure or certification, independent-practice authority, and US citizenship for at least five years. Compensation is $68,000–$78,000 annually plus a discretionary quarterly incentive, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
