Description

Dexcom Corporation is seeking a Clinical Contracting Analyst (Level 3) to join their Global Clinical Affairs team. This role involves managing the entire contracting lifecycle for clinical and departmental agreements, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, amending, and closing contracts for US and international studies. The analyst will also support vendor onboarding, handle invoicing and financial operations, and collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth global study execution.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Strong expertise in clinical contracting, including NDAs, CTAs, SOWs, and service agreements within the life sciences or medical device industry.
Hands-on experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
Solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory frameworks governing clinical trials.
Strong organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Experience supporting global clinical studies (US and OUS), ideally within medical device or pharmaceutical organizations.
Familiarity with invoicing processes, month-end accruals, and financial close activities.
Preferred Qualifications: Tools like Ironclad, Onit, or Conga.
Proficiency in tools such as Coupa, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, and budget tracking).
