Description
Remote full-time Clinical Coordination Manager responsible for leading a team that maintains accurate, appropriately filled provider schedules across all markets. The role includes team leadership, workload management, schedule health monitoring, backlog and barrier escalation, root-cause analysis, workflow improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting on operational metrics. It requires 5+ years of clinical/dental/medical scheduling experience, 2+ years of leadership experience, familiarity with CareStack or similar EMR platforms, and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
