Description
Live On Nebraska is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to manage the organ donation process from donor referral through organ recovery. The role works remotely and on-site at donor hospitals across Nebraska, coordinating referrals, medical assessments, diagnostic procedures, allocation huddles, surgeon logistics, blood-sample collection, documentation, and post-recovery debriefings. It requires a licensed RN, respiratory therapist, EMT/paramedic, or prior OPO clinical experience, at least two years of critical care or emergency care experience, ACLS/PALS/BLS certifications, EMR familiarity, and living in the Omaha Metro area. The schedule consists of 24–28 twelve-hour call shifts over two months, with day/night rotations.
