Description
The Physician Services Clinical Coordinator serves as the central connection between providers, patients, caregivers, and healthcare partners for elderly and medically complex patients. The role coordinates services, manages provider orders, facilitates communication among care teams, supports patient follow-up, and connects patients with needed resources. It requires a high school diploma or GED, CENA certification, MA certification, or equivalent work experience, at least one year of medical or medical-office experience, medical terminology knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and reliable transportation. The position offers a Monday-to-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule, $18–$21 USD pay, and medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
