Description
Licking Memorial Health Systems is hiring a Surgery Clinical Coordinator to provide clinical expertise and hands-on instruction to new and current surgical services staff nurses. The role coordinates precepting, identifies and implements education needs, validates specialized procedures and equipment, supports patient care and department coverage, prepares patient education materials, establishes unit competencies, facilitates clinical skills and hospital-wide classes, and supports CPR/ACLS, code responses, and other clinical activities. The position requires current Ohio RN licensure, a bachelor’s degree in nursing or education, CPR and ACLS certification, and the ability to work independently.
