Description
Bayer is hiring a Clinical Data Engineer CDP & DP to design, implement, and maintain clinical data collection instruments, ingestion pipelines, data quality checks, and transformation programs across clinical study sources. The role supports study setup, conduct, and closeout; data flow and traceability; risk monitoring; and statistical analysis and reporting, while collaborating with clinical, medical, statistical, vendor, and technology stakeholders. It requires a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, at least three years of scientific or data-driven experience, programming expertise, familiarity with cloud and big-data technologies, and knowledge of clinical data standards and regulatory practices.
