Bioptimus is seeking a Technical, Execution-Focused Clinical Data Manager (Senior) to join their team. The role involves bridging the gap between unstructured clinical data and AI models, acting as the technical authority on clinical data structures. Responsibilities include structuring clinical datasets, writing reproducible code, enforcing data quality checks, and designing data dictionaries and ontologies. This is a remote role centered around the Spatial Tissue Embedding Learning Atlas (STELA) program, aimed at profiling patient specimens using high-resolution spatial transcriptomics, histopathology imaging, and longitudinal clinical records.
