Savant is hiring a Clinical Data Quality & Abstraction Lead to own the accuracy and reliability of structured clinical data. The role defines quality standards, reviews structured outputs against source documentation, develops abstraction workflows and SOPs, collaborates with clinical and technical teams, identifies reliability gaps, and supports onboarding of new clinical projects. Candidates need at least five years of experience in clinical data abstraction, quality assurance, registry data management, or clinical informatics, along with knowledge of electronic medical record documentation, clinical workflows, and health data standards. The expected base salary is $110,000 to $160,000 per year, with significant equity and possible bonuses and benefits.
