Gold Care Homes is hiring a full-time Clinical Deputy Manager for St David's nursing home in Ealing. The role oversees day-to-day resident care, supervises and develops nursing and care staff, maintains clinical competencies and regulatory standards, supports recruitment and performance management, audits service quality, coordinates with stakeholders and contractors, and assists the Home Manager with staff appraisals and service operations. A clinical background and active professional PIN are desirable but not essential.
