Description
Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is seeking an in-person Clinical Director for its Arlington, Virginia location. The role oversees clinical programming, staffing, training, performance management, patient outcomes, documentation, regulatory compliance, program evaluation, and clinical quality for behavioral health and substance use treatment services. The position partners with the Executive Director, medical leadership, and compliance team, may carry a therapy caseload, and requires a master’s degree in a behavioral health field, Virginia LPC or LCSW licensure, board-approved supervision status, at least three years of supervisory or management experience, and at least five years in substance use disorder treatment.
