Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is hiring a part-time Clinical Director to oversee the Intensive Behavioral Health Services Program in Somerset County. The role includes supervising master’s-level therapists, developing and implementing Individualized Service Plans, providing individual and family counseling, monitoring service quality, and ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania Medicaid, YAP, state, and federal requirements. The position requires a master’s degree, Pennsylvania clinical licensure or one year of postgraduate mental health experience, at least two years of mental health therapy experience, and experience with behavioral health, home and community-based services, and supervision.
