CASES is hiring a full-time Clinical Director - Alternative to Incarceration to lead two long-term alternative-to-incarceration programs, supervise team leaders and staff, provide clinical supervision, collaborate with court and community stakeholders, support program quality and compliance, and represent the organization externally. The role requires regular presence across program and court locations in Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Manhattan, with a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and a stated salary of $100,000 per year. Candidates must hold an active New York State LCSW or Clinical Psychologist registration, a valid SIFI certification, and relevant clinical expertise; bilingual Spanish and criminal legal-system experience are preferred.
