Description
The Clinical Director provides strategic leadership and oversight of clinical services in a residential foster care program serving adolescents ages 17–21. The role supervises Behavioral Health Clinicians and the Case Planning Supervisor, oversees clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, CFTSS service delivery, treatment planning, case planning, permanency planning, and placement coordination, and supports quality improvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and program leadership. The position requires an LCSW, LMSW, or master’s degree in social work or a related behavioral health field, an active New York clinical license, and at least five years of relevant experience including two years of supervisory experience.
