Description
The Clinical Director will coordinate and oversee clinical services for tenants of St. Nicholas House, a 94-bed supportive housing program in Upper Manhattan. The role supervises case managers and Peer Specialists, coordinates medical, psychiatric, social service, and behavioral health providers, develops policies and staff training, conducts quality assurance and performance reviews, manages case reviews and post-discharge follow-ups, and serves as an interim program lead and emergency responder. The position requires at least two years of mental health experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong leadership, communication, case management, and Microsoft Office skills; an MA in a related field is preferred.
