Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a full-time, center-based Clinical Director to oversee autism services for children ages 2 to 12. The role drives client success and clinical quality through BCBAs, supports intake and initial assessments, manages caseloads, reviews cases, trains staff, and partners with the Practice Manager. Candidates must hold a master’s degree and current BCBAs certification, have experience setting up and directing autism programs and overseeing BCBAs, and be able to lift, transport, and chase clients weighing at least 30 pounds. The position offers full-time center hours Monday through Friday, comprehensive benefits, and a salary of 100,000 to 115,000.
