Description
Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a full-time Clinical Director to lead center-based ABA programs for children ages 2–9. The role oversees client success, clinical quality, case reviews, BCBAs, staff development, intake and onboarding, caseload assignments, and team culture, while partnering with the Practice Manager. Candidates need a master’s degree, current BCBA certification, experience setting up and directing autism programs, and experience overseeing and training other BCBAs; OBM experience is a plus. The position offers full-time hours Monday through Friday, comprehensive benefits, and a salary of $100,000–$115,000.
