Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a full-time Clinical Director to lead clinical quality and team development at an autism center. The role oversees case reviews, BCBAs, client progress, intake and onboarding, caseload assignments, and team culture, while partnering with the Practice Manager. Candidates must hold a master’s degree and current BCBA certification, have experience directing programs for children with autism and training other BCBAs, and be able to perform physically demanding work with children. The position offers flexible discretionary time off, comprehensive benefits, research opportunities, and a salary of $100,000–$115,000.
