Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring an experienced Clinical Director to lead clinical operations at its center in Riverdale, Georgia. The role focuses on providing clinical leadership for ABA services, supervising and mentoring BCBAs and RBTs, overseeing assessments and treatment plans, maintaining compliance and documentation, supporting staff development, and collaborating with families and operational leadership. The position requires a master’s degree or higher, current BCBA certification, and prior experience in ABA and clinical leadership.
