This role involves overseeing and managing the daily operations of a regional Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) program. The individual will ensure consistent and standardized documentation across the network, build strong interdepartmental relationships, and collaborate with various stakeholders like physicians, nurses, and coders to enhance clinical documentation processes. Key responsibilities include developing strategic goals, conducting chart reviews, providing educational training, implementing technology solutions, performing audits, and participating in interdisciplinary team collaborations.
