Description

Rezilient Health is seeking a Director or Senior Manager of Clinical Education & Development to lead the creation, coordination, and enhancement of a learning and development ecosystem. This role involves designing and deploying evidence-based training programs for various clinical functions, including Medics, Care Navigators, Care Managers, and Providers. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and improve workforce readiness and clinical competency.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, clinical education, and instructional design within a healthcare setting
Demonstrated experience building and managing training programs across multiple clinical roles or workforce populations
Preferred Qualifications: Strong instructional design skills with working knowledge of adult learning principles and established frameworks (ADDIE, SAM)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs, timelines, and stakeholder needs simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to clinical and operational leadership
A confident, curious, and agile learner who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership without a fully built playbook
Collaborative, solutions-oriented working style with the ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed clinical organization
