Clinical Education Coordinator, Nursing Programs at Stepful

Stepful is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to build and lead the clinical instructor function for its nursing programs. The role begins with a clinical and skills-lab teaching load of approximately two days per week, then transitions to backup coverage while recruiting, training, and developing clinical instructors; managing site relationships, rotations, scheduling, onboarding logistics, documentation, compliance, and accreditation requirements.
