Description
WGU is hiring a Clinical Educator to advise, teach, mentor, and support teacher candidates before, during, and after Advanced Clinicals experiences. The role provides online and one-on-one/group instruction, facilitates webinars and conference calls, supports coursework and assessments, collaborates with WGU faculty and external district personnel, and may provide local clinical supervision. It requires a master's degree, a current or previous K-12 teaching license, online instruction experience, at least five years of classroom teaching experience, adult learner mentoring experience, technological competency, and residence in the Pacific or Mountain Time zone. The position is a full-time regular role with evening and some weekend hours and up to 20% travel.
