Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is hiring a full-time RN Clinical Educator Nursing to support the Tower Operating Room, a 24/7 Level 1 Trauma facility. The role assesses the competency of new nursing staff, integrates evidence-based nursing knowledge into educational experiences, prepares professional development plans, and contributes to quality and safety initiatives. The position requires a master’s degree or BSN with enrollment in a master’s program, two years of progressive nursing experience in a designated specialty, three months of preceptor experience, BLS certification, and Virginia RN licensure or eligibility.
