Description
The Clinical Effectiveness and Performance Improvement Coordinator supports clinical and operational leadership by monitoring and evaluating outcomes, performance improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. The role coordinates the Clinical Effectiveness and Performance Improvement Program, facilitates improvement activities, trains staff on performance improvement methodologies, and provides decision-support information. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, RN or MD licensure, five years of recent relevant experience, Microsoft Office and electronic health record proficiency, and knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards. The position is full-time, day-shift, Monday through Friday with weekends as needed, and pays $86.60 to $121.23 per hour.
