The role provides clinical leadership, consultation, gap analysis, team facilitation, change management, data analysis, and coaching to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare leaders. It requires a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, eight years of recent relevant experience, and strong knowledge of healthcare delivery, quality improvement, lean methodology, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. The position is full-time, days-only, and pays $62.11 to $93.17 per hour, with a Bay Area range of $71.43 to $107.15 per hour.
