Life Scan Wellness is hiring full-time and part-time Exercise Physiologists to conduct fitness and health assessments for firefighters and police officers. The role includes reviewing patient history, measuring body composition, performing resting and exercise ECGs, assessing strength, endurance, and flexibility, creating exercise and dietary recommendations, and maintaining detailed charts. The position is based out of Jacksonville, Florida, with travel throughout Florida and across the United States, and requires a degree in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science, ACLS and BLS certification, strong communication and organizational skills, and a vehicle capable of carrying equipment.
