SmarterDx is hiring a Clinical Experience Manager to support sales and customer success initiatives for its AI-powered clinical documentation improvement and revenue cycle management platform. The role involves educating healthcare clients, refining documentation workflows, developing CDI curricula, and advising client CDI leaders on clinical documentation best practices. Candidates should hold an MD, RN, or other relevant clinical credential and be familiar with ICD-10, HCC coding, Medicare guidelines, and payer documentation requirements. The position is fully remote within the United States and offers a $125,000–$150,000 base salary plus medical, dental, and vision benefits.
