The Helix School in San Rafael, CA is offering a full-time Clinical Fellowship (CF) opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025–26 school year. This role involves working with neurodivergent students (ages 5–22), specializing in autism and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). The CF will receive daily collaboration and support from experienced SLPs and an interdisciplinary team, as well as on-site mentorship, training in IEPs/SEIS, and regular coaching. Responsibilities include providing direct therapy, supporting communication in natural settings, participating in IEP meetings, and partnering with teachers on communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be eligible for their CF year, have experience or a strong interest in working with autistic students, and be familiar with AAC and developmental approaches.
