Description

Pillar Care Continuum is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Fellow in Speech-Language Pathology to join their Early Intervention team. Under supervision, the Fellow will deliver speech and language therapy and transdisciplinary developmental services to infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) and their families in the child’s natural environment. The role involves collaboration with supervisors, multidisciplinary team members, and service coordinators to provide family-centered care through evidence-based practices, education, and ongoing developmental support, adhering to IFSP goals and organizational policies.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of practices and principles of pediatric speech/language/oral motor and feeding therapies
Working knowledge of rules and regulations of New Jersey Early Intervention System
Knowledge of normal child development
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with each family/child.
Ability to carry out Pillar Care’s Early Intervention Program Goals and Objectives.
Ability to perform strenuous physical activity.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality.
