Aledade is hiring a Clinical Informaticist to join its product management team and ensure clinical data from multiple EHR systems and health information exchanges is accurate, standardized, and actionable. The role validates data quality, maps clinical data to standardized terminologies, supports quality measure programs, and serves as a clinical subject matter expert for data governance, interoperability, AI-assisted extraction, and vendor initiatives. Candidates need a nursing, health informatics, bioinformatics, or related degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and expertise with clinical data, EHR systems, HL7, C-CDA/CCD, and quality measure specifications.
