The Iowa Clinic is hiring a full-time Clinical Informatics Analyst in West Des Moines, Iowa. The role leads provider-focused training on clinical systems and workflows, delivers hands-on onboarding and implementation support, develops training materials, supports system go-lives and workflow changes, assesses clinical workflows, evaluates new technologies, and contributes to governance, change management, compliance, and strategic initiatives. Candidates need at least five years of healthcare experience, provider-facing or clinical workflow experience, and active or recent clinical licensure; a bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
