Prosper Infusion is hiring a Clinical Infusion Pharmacist in Tampa to oversee clinical pharmacy operations, supervise technicians and support staff, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, review and adjust medication therapies, coordinate patient care plans, educate patients and healthcare teams, maintain aseptic standards, conduct medication reconciliation, and support the opening of new pharmacy locations. The role requires an active Florida pharmacist license, infusion and specialty pharmacy knowledge, leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with aseptic technique; residency training or equivalent post-graduate clinical experience is a plus. The schedule is an eight-hour shift with no nights and on-call requirements, with in-person work in Tampa.
