Cohere Health is hiring a Clinical Integrity Director to lead the operational governance, readiness, and cross-functional delivery of clinical programs and technology-enabled solutions. The role manages clinical integrity workstreams, regulatory and clinical change processes, product specifications, release readiness, UAT, client implementation feasibility, and RFP/RFI materials. It requires an active unrestricted clinical license, a bachelor's degree in a relevant clinical discipline, and at least seven years of progressive experience in utilization management, clinical operations, or health plan operations, including three years managing programs, projects, or teams. The position is remote-first with approximately 10% travel and pays $159,000 to $180,000 annually.
