Cohere Health is hiring a Manager, Clinical Integrity to lead the operational readiness, governance, and clinical integrity of its utilization management programs and technology-enabled solutions. The role partners with Clinical Operations, Product, Engineering, Client Success, Compliance, Legal, and Clinical Strategy; performs clinical reviews, requirements and acceptance-criteria work, UAT, workflow testing, audit remediation, governance documentation, and client feasibility assessments. It requires an active clinical license and bachelor's degree, at least five years of progressive utilization management or health plan operations experience, and two years in leadership or supervision. The position is fully remote with about 10% travel and pays $108,000 to $125,000 annually.
