Forus is hiring a Clinical Intelligence Specialist to translate clinical expertise into scalable logic, workflows, quality standards, and AI decision frameworks for its medical platform. The role curates and audits datasets, evaluates AI and agent performance, collaborates with product, engineering, and AI teams, and communicates clinical reasoning to providers. It requires 2–8 years of advanced clinical experience in patient care and clinical decision-making, interdisciplinary outpatient or specialty experience, strong communication, and comfort collaborating with technology teams.
