Description
Sutter Health is hiring a part-time Clinical Laboratory Scientist for its SSL-Sutter Shared Lab-Bay. The role performs pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic laboratory procedures, including phlebotomy, specimen processing, quality control, quality assurance, and waived, moderate, or high-complexity testing; the Transfusion Service may also require blood inventory management, blood product preparation, and blood product issuance. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, CMS-Clinical Microbiologist Scientist License, and CLS-Clinical Lab Scientist Generalist certification, and is scheduled Monday through Friday with rotating weekends.
