Description
The Clinical Lead RN will coordinate clinical staff, equipment, and resources in a primary care medical practice in Danbury, Connecticut. The role supports patient care, triage, documentation, medication administration, specimen handling, inventory, scheduling, performance monitoring, workflow improvement, and staff mentoring. It requires a graduate of an approved nursing program, three years of nursing experience, a valid Connecticut or New York RN license, Basic Life Support, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. schedule with rotating eight-hour shifts and pays $41.00-$76.16 per hour.
