Vitra Health is hiring a Clinical Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership across assigned service areas in its home- and community-based healthcare services. The role oversees the full client cycle, multidisciplinary team meetings, MassHealth and NCQA compliance, staffing, client and staff retention, performance metrics, and staff development. Candidates should have RN or LPN licensure or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of management experience, and experience supervising and training staff; the role requires field work, travel to service areas, and strong communication and analytical skills.
