Description
The Clinical Manager oversees coordination and management of patient care in a hospice/home care setting, supervising clinical personnel, reviewing referrals and patient records, assigning staff, supporting clinicians with care plans, conducting case conferences and record reviews, participating in hiring and orientation, and contributing to quality improvement and policy/program development. The role requires an RN license, hospice/home care experience, management or supervisory experience, and familiarity with EMR workflows and preferred HCHB/Pointcare systems.
