Description
Inova Fairfax Hospital is hiring an experienced RN Clinical Mentor to work with Float Pool departments. The role involves training, coaching, and mentoring nursing staff; orienting and developing nurses; supporting novice and advanced nurses and preceptors; and helping clinicians adjust to clinical and social work environments. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, two years of progressive specialty nursing experience, three months of preceptor experience, BLS certification, and Virginia RN licensure or eligibility.
