Inova Fairfax Hospital is hiring a full-time RN Clinical Mentor to work with Float Pool departments. The role involves training, coaching, and mentoring nursing staff; orienting and developing nurses; supporting novice and advanced nurses and preceptors; and helping with clinical and social adjustment. The position requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, two years of progressive nursing experience in a designated specialty, three months of preceptor experience, BLS certification, and Virginia RN licensure or eligibility.
