TailorCare is hiring a Clinical Navigator to serve as a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy responsible for high-volume telephonic and video-based member engagement, clinical intake, care navigation, adherence support, and documentation in a remote-first virtual care environment. The role requires a DPT or MPT, a current unrestricted physical therapy license in Georgia, Texas, Colorado, and/or Indiana, and at least three years of relevant experience.
