Lucet is hiring a Behavioral Health Provider Management Specialist to drive provider performance improvement and value-based care initiatives, serve as a clinical and provider relations liaison, and lead provider education and network development. The role requires a master’s degree in behavioral health, an unrestricted state license as a clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, professional counselor, clinical psychologist, or registered nurse, and at least two years of post-licensure clinical experience. Responsibilities include analyzing provider data, supporting value-based contracting, improving clinical outcomes, coordinating training, and developing services for high-risk member populations. The position offers $75,000–$85,000 in annual compensation plus a discretionary incentive, remote work flexibility, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
